Nestled within the tranquil historic setting of Norwich, the Spa at Norwich Inn offers a serene escape. My villa, though slightly outdated, provided a comfortable retreat. The expansive spa, with 27 treatment rooms and various amenities, allowed me to personalize my relaxation experience. Sauna sessions and a dip in the indoor pool left me feeling rejuvenated.The attentive staff embodied service-mindedness, enhancing my stay. While the pub food was average, the spectacular dinner surpassed expectations. I appreciated the meticulous upkeep of the grounds that added to the peaceful ambiance. The confinement of the location and the exquisite spa services could make it the perfect destination for a tranquil retreat. Although my experience was neutral, potential guests seeking a peaceful hideaway should consider this gem in Norwich for their next getaway.
